Dense phase pneumatic conveying system units have been shipped
The testing of the pneumatic conveying system units to be used in the cement plant in Algeria has been completed, and the units are now ready for shipment. The system is designed to transport cement using the dense phase pneumatic conveying method at a rate of 65 tons per hour. It will utilize two pneumatic senders (densveyors) operating in tandem. Given the abrasive nature of cement, full bore dome valves are employed in dense wire rod filling. Injection valves will be installed at regular intervals along the product transfer line to prevent blockages and ensure operational capacity.
